Temporary deafness

Got up at 4am today, ears were throbbing with pain,i supposed it was because of d flu and sorethroat Ive been having for the past few days. Later in the day, the pain receeded so I decided to practice songs for the prom. Started with the famous crush. Theres this really high part at the end of the chorus( goin awayyyyyyyy) usually my voice breaks. But today, suprisingly I was able to do it. BUT, my voice was strangely very low. I started screaming n screaming again and again but it was still low and not breaking. So I decided to get my keyboard and practice with the correct key. However, when i played that high note, I could not hear it at all. Thought it was spoilt o smth, but all the lower notes were perfectly fine, after that note onwards, I coudnt hear a single thing.
So I switched on d computer and listened to crush. It was same, that part sounded really low and flat. Tried listening to miss independent and it was the same. So I set my speaker's volume to the max. Wrong thing to do, things got even worse. You know that sound that is produced when you gargle your mouth?? Everything I heard sounded like that, even when i spoke or hit something. Thought there was some wax blocking my eardrum o smth. Took a cotton bud and started digging, but coudnt get anything out. So I panicked, and thats when I do stupid, insane, psychotic stuffs. Forced some water into my ear. At first the feeling was real good, the water flowing down. lols. Shortly later, there was this sharp piercing pain, I coundnt balance and dropped to the ground. Started hitting my ears violently, it worked. The pain went off. But at that time, I rather have the pain, because i went deaf completely. Shouted, cudnt hear anything. My brothers were fighting nearby, one already starting to cry but I coundnt hear anything.
I experienced deafness for around half a minute. Could hear after that but still that gargling sound could be heard in the background. Now I sit here typing this out while waiting for dad to return from work to go see a doctor. I really hope that itz because of the flu and not anything else. Imagine going deaf.....the thing I will miss the most....my voice(haha)
